Accepted Answer

Yes, they are included, unless otherwise agreed. The rent also always includes electricity, water, wireless internet, and apartment insurance.

How do I access the apartment?

After making the reservation, you'll receive a message with a link to your personal Boarding Pass. The boarding pass contains detailed, illustrated instructions for easy check-in. Almost all of our apartments have smart locks, so you can arrive whenever you like, without needing to inform us in advance.

I will be arriving late at night. Until what time is check-in possible?

Accepted Answer

Check-in is possible at any time after 4 PM in all of our apartments. You will receive very detailed, step-by-step instructions with images, covering arrival, parking, and entry into the apartment. Please note that quiet hours in the building start at 10 PM. If arriving late, kindly respect the peace of other residents by entering as quietly as possible.

Can you store my luggage before/after my arrival?
