We spent five days in Rovaniemi with my husband and chose a furnished Bellarova apartment located just near the city center, close to the Revontuli shopping mall. From the very first day, it felt easy to settle in. The apartment was peaceful, exceptionally clean, and pleasantly homey – exactly the kind of place where daily life flows naturally, even while traveling.

In the heart of Rovaniemi – Yet wonderfully peaceful

Location is often a deciding factor when choosing accommodation, and in this case, it was absolutely spot-on: everything the city had to offer was nearby, yet the surroundings were surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We both slept incredibly well without any noise or disturbances from the city.

Shops, restaurants, and everyday services were all within walking distance, and even the train station was easy to reach with luggage. My husband spent his days working at an office downtown, while I worked remotely from the apartment – the location suited our needs perfectly.

Spacious, stylish, and fully equipped

Before our arrival, we received clear instructions, and check-in was smooth without the need to pick up keys. The boarding pass we received was well-organized, with everything we needed in one place.

The apartment itself was relatively new, bright, and beautifully furnished. The welcome felt warm: the beds were made, towels neatly prepared, and the overall impression was tidy and thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, and small details – like a hairdryer in the bathroom or cooking oil in the fridge – showed that everyday living had been genuinely considered.

Productive workdays and relaxing evenings

Remote work was easy thanks to the spacious and quiet environment, which allowed me to fully focus during the day. The reliable internet connection worked flawlessly throughout our stay, making workdays smooth and stress-free. During lunch breaks, I could easily pop into a restaurant in the city center or cook something at the apartment.

After the workday, it was a pleasure to switch into relaxation mode. The Ounasvaara outdoor trails offered scenic evening walks, and the nearby cafés, restaurants, and pedestrian street were all within walking distance. For example, Revontuli shopping center, the Korundi House of Culture, and Rovaniemi Market Square were all less than 400 meters away. Ruokasenkatu, the main bus street from which all city lines operate, was also just a few hundred meters away.

So, spontaneous evening outings were easy and hassle-free – but it was just as enjoyable to spend the evening at the apartment, turn on the sauna, have dinner, watch TV, and relax.

It truly felt like coming home

Bellarova offered us a peaceful, functional, and homelike environment where daily routines were smooth, even while traveling. It was a place we were always happy to return to at the end of the day – and we never felt in a rush to leave.
